Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping; Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase. We do not ship Internationally we only ship within the United States, via USPS Mail, small orders (1 to 3 bars) ships first class (unless faster shipping requested by the customer) while larger orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders are usually packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time for Priority Shipping takes 2 to 3 days depending on the location. When a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for that package we can only hope that it arrives at the destination on time and in good condition.

  • Tracking information will be provided if sending with a tracking number it is your responsibility to track your package. If the tracking information shows delivered and you did not receive it contact the post office first and if they cannot locate your package, then contact us within 3 days of the package being marked delivered. If you don't want your order reshipped and want to cancel your order and receive a refund after it is deemed deliverable shipping and handling fees will apply.
  • If any products get damaged in the shipping process, contact us via email with picture showing the package and products that were damaged as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged items.
  • Make sure your shipping information is correct (I cannot stress this enough), so your package doesn't go to the wrong address. Simple double check the information you are providing to make sure it is correct. If you do put a wrong address contact us ASAP so we can make corrections. Alpine Body Care is not responsible for the package being sent to the wrong address, and you are responsible for your order.
  • Gift Cards; 

    These Alpine Body Care Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth on the AlpineBodyCare.com website.

    IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT, AS FURTHER SET FORTH BELOW, REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.  THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND WALMART ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE EACH OTHER IN COURT OR IN CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND.  IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.

    Not with standing anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Alpine Body Care eGift Cards (“Alpine Body Care Gift Cards”) are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. 

  • Returns; Our customers are very important to us if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can try to rectify the problem. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when placing your ordering. Shipping and handling fees may apply.
  • Privacy Policy; Your privacy is very important. We do not share or sell any of your information to third party companies. That is our promise.
