- Shipping; Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase. We do not ship Internationally we only ship within the United States, via USPS Mail, small orders (1 to 3 bars) ships first class (unless faster shipping requested by the customer) while larger orders will ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders are usually packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time for Priority Shipping takes 2 to 3 days depending on the location. When a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for that package we can only hope that it arrives at the destination on time and in good condition.
- Tracking information will be provided if sending with a tracking number it is your responsibility to track the package. If the tracking information shows delivered and you did not receive it contact the post office first and if they cannot locate the package, then contact us within 3 days of the package being marked delivered. If you want to cancel your order and receive a refund after it is deemed undeliverable shipping and handling fees will apply.
- If any products are damaged in the shipping process, contact us (email with pictures) as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged items.
- Make sure your shipping information is correct, so your package doesn't go to the wrong address. If you do put a wrong address contact us ASAP so we can make corrections. Alpine Body Care is not responsible for the package being sent to the wrong address, and shipping and handling fees will apply if sent to the wrong address and we have to resend the order.
- Returns; Our customers are very important to us if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can try to rectify the problem. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. Shipping and handling fees may apply.
